Ingrediente:

  • 1 kg aripi de pui
  • 1 cutie bere
  • o capatana de usturoi
  • 4 linguri ketchup dulce
  • 2 lingurite sos iute
  • 1 lingurita sos worcester(optional)
  • sare

Mod de pregatire:

Se face o marinata din  bere, ketchup, sosul picant, sosul worchester,usturoi si sare.
Se pun  aripioarele de pui in acest amestec si se lasa peste noapte la marinat.

Se pun 3 lg de ulei in tigaie si se prajesc aripioarele cu tot cu marinata, pana cand marinata scade de tot.

Sunt foarte gustoase.
